THE BIBLE: We believe the Bible to be the inspired Word of God, absolutely inerrant, authoritative, and infallible (2 Timothy 3:16, 2 Peter 1:21).

THE GODHEAD: We believe in one God existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; co-equal and eternal (Matthew 28:19, Luke 3:21-22, John 15:26, 2 Corinthians 13:14)

THE DEITY OF JESUS CHRIST: We believe that Jesus Christ is the image of the invisible God: which is to say He is God in human flesh (John 10:33, 17:5, Philippians 2:5-6).

THE HUMAN RACE: We believe that men and women were originally created by God, reflecting God’s own character (Genesis 1:27).  However, when Adam disobeyed God (Romans 5:12), his sin nature was passed on to all humans.  Consequently, humans are sinful and can’t enter God’s perfect and holy presence in their naturally sinful state (Romans 3:23).

SALVATION: We believe that the penalty of sin is death or separation from God (2 Thessalonians 1:8-9). The good news is that the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, became man to die on the cross to save each person from their sins (Matthew 1:21, John 3:16).  Christ Himself paid our ransom; that if we turn from our sins, acknowledge our need for salvation, and place our faith in Christ (Acts 20:21), He is able to save completely those who come to God (Hebrews 7:25).

RESURRECTION OF CHRIST: We believe Jesus Christ rose from the dead in the body in which He was crucified (Matthew 28:5-8, Luke 24:38-43, John 20:26-29) and is now at the right hand of God the Father.  One day the Lord Jesus will return to take His church out of this world prior to the great tribulation and the millennium (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17).

THE CHURCH: We believe that those who trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior constitute the church of God (1 Corinthians 12:12-13, Ephesians 1:22-23).  Members of the church should gather regularly for worship, prayer, fellowship, and teaching (Acts 2:42, 20:7).

TWO ORDINANCES FOR BELIEVERS: We believe all believers should be baptized by immersion (Matthew 28:19; Acts 8:38) and should observe the Lord’s Supper (Acts 2:42, 20:7, 1 Corinthians 11:23-30).

THE ETERNAL STATE: We believe that the saved are kept by the power of God for eternity (John 6:37, 10:27-30) and that the unredeemed will experience everlasting torment and punishment in hell (Revelation 20:15).

THE ROLE OF THE CHURCH: We believe that the church was commissioned by Jesus Christ to spread His gospel and to make disciples of all nations by evangelizing the lost and by edifying the saved (Matthew 28:16-20).
